Executive Director
Suzzy Anibueze is a dedicated professional and mother of two adult children with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. She has an academic background in English language and Education and an ongoing master’s in counseling psychology. With over eight years of progressive experience in the disability sector, addiction treatment, and mental health support, Suzzy has empowered individuals on their journey to recovery and personal growth. Her experience spans working with youths and adults, including those with learning disabilities, demonstrating her ability to connect with diverse populations. In addition to her work in health and social services, Suzzy brings creativity and versatility from her background in baking and the fashion industry, holding a diploma in Fashion Apparel Technology. Known for her compassion and dedication, she is an asset to her team and organization and an essential contributor to the well-being of the community she serves..
Dr. Adriana Fishea Bejko

Dr. Adriana Fishea Bejko works in Calgary, Canada and she has been an Associate Professor of Education at Ambrose University and the University of Calgary. She has 40 years of experience as an administrator, teacher trainer, and author. Dr. Bejko has successfully lead language programs and trained teachers in 3 continents. She believes that teachers should not perceive students’ linguistic ancestry as a barrier to learning but as an opportunity to open new windows in their knowledge. She has, also, published a series of books, Fun English, based on thematic teaching methods, Structured English Immersion and Universal Design for Learning.
Jennifer Obeng
Head of Youths
Jennifer Obeng. Jenn is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, with over 10 years in social services and a focus on youth development. As Youth Engagement Supervisor at YMCA Calgary, she founded the Teen Vibe Experience Program, supporting over 8,000 youth annually and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her leadership will expand these programs to more YMCA locations in 2024.
Beyond YMCA, Jenn partners with the Calgary Young Offenders Centre through Enviros’ Youth Justice Excel Program, aiding youth reintegration. She collaborates with schools and local organizations to strengthen youth-community ties and engages with leaders, including Prime Minister Trudeau, to advance youth advocacy. Jenn is also pursuing a master’s in counseling and psychology at Yorkville University.
Sondengam Beibam

Sondengam Beibam K.Y.A. (aka Zandre) is a multilingual professional with extensive experience across diverse industries. He holds Canadian, Swedish, and Cameroonian nationalities and speaks, reads, and writes fluently in English, French, and Swedish, with English and French as his native languages. Zandre’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Industrial Technology. His career has spanned roles such as a CCIL inspector with FIT in Fort McMurray, a track testing technician with CN and CP Railways, and a logistics supervisor, showcasing his technical expertise and operational leadership. Additionally, he has held positions as a purchasing officer, restaurant chef, and currently works as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). His technical skills are complemented by computer literacy and the ability to adapt across multiple sectors. A dedicated father of four, Zandre brings strong values of responsibility, commitment, and problem-solving to both his professional and personal life. His broad skill set, and global perspective make him a versatile and valuable asset in our organization, and the people we support.
Ifeoma Anibueze

Ifeoma Anibueze is a dedicated mental health advocate with a strong educational background in Psychology and Sociology, specializing in crisis support and community resources. She has extensive experience working with families, adults and youth, particularly in the areas of learning disabilities and mental health. Ifeoma has also provided critical crisis support to individuals escaping domestic violence, showcasing her ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. She is devoted and passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact in the lives of young people. In addition to her professional expertise, she enjoys singing, which reflects her joyful spirit and ability to connect with others. Known as a compassionate team player, Ifeoma is a valuable asset to her team, organization, and the community she proudly serves.
